We get calls and competition information from our own Gallery 140, from other local venues, local events, and all over the place. We will list them here as they come in and move them down as their deadlines pass. Let us know if you find the information useful.
We have linked a sample copy of the 2017 Memoranda of Understanding that artists must review and sign before they exhibit at Gallery 140. They are not written in stone, and we are always willing to discuss possibilities and consider exceptions.
We want to see Gallery 140 become a true Community Gallery,
where the exhibits are planned, executed, curated, and supervised by artists!

GALLERY 140 CALL FOR FEBRUARY
With February around the corner, we’re already seeing Valentine’s Day cards and goodies in the stores. While the holiday is generally associated with Cupid and romantic love (and that’s just fine) we want to expand the theme for our show. We want to see your love for anything and everything! Love for family, friends, pets, art, your laptop, etc. We won’t rule out work that expresses romantic love, but we encourage you to send us art that expresses the expanse of who and/or what you love.
Either two or three dimensional work is welcome. Click here for submission options.
Art will be chosen with several factors in mind, including (but not limited to expression of theme, originality, creativity, and quality.
LVAC members only, but membership may accompany entry. Click here.
