Entry Form and Submission Information

There are several options for submitting your information.

  1. Word Document: Open the Word document, fill out the requested information, save the document, and attach to an email along with your images, send to lvac@lasvegasartscouncil.org.

Subject line: Gallery Entry Smith (Use your last name.)
We will confirm receipt of your application.

  1. Print the PDF complete it by hand. Scan and return as an attachment along with your images, send to lvac@lasvegasartscouncil.org.

3.  Use this PDF, open it, fill it in right there on your computer, save it to your computer with your last name in the “Save as,” then attach the saved version it to an email along with your images and return it to us at lvac@lasvegasartscouncil.org.

  4.  Call 505-425-1085 and leave a message to make an appointment.  Come into the office and we will set you up with a computer and   provide support.

Digital Requirements:

  • File Format: jpg files only
  • Image Size: maximum of 1200 pixels on the longest dimension—height or width—and set to 300 ppi.
  • File Name Convention: Before emailing, change the file name as indicated – first 4 letters of last name, first 4 letters of first name (if your name does not have 4 letters, fill in with ‘Xs’), 1, 2, 3 for entry.

Example:
John Smith has three entries
smitjohn1 first entry file name
smitjohn2 second entry file name
smitjohn3 third entry file name
