The Las Vegas Arts Council used the occasion of the November 12, 2011 exhibit reception at Gallery 140 to honor Board President Patrick Rucker's many years of faithful service to LVAC. His contributions of time, talent, wisdom, and expertise were recognized and applauded. Milt Deemer's recent acceptance of the position of board president was also announced. Milt was introduced to reception attendees by board vice president Meta Levister.
