You can begin the tour at the Las Vegas Arts Council, at Gallery 140, located in the beautiful historic district at 140 Bridge Street.  Of course, you can download the map and other information instead, but we would LOVE to meet you, to welcome you, and to introduce you to the studio tour artists and their art.
See samples of every artist’s work HERE.

The festivities will kick off at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 30, with an Artists’ Reception at Gallery 140.

Directions:  From University Ave Exit 345 off I-25. Go west to town; cross over I-25. Stay on University Ave. Turn right on 5th Street one block. Turn left on National Avenue, past NMHU campus buildings. Cross Gallinas River Bridge. Las Vegas Arts Council Gallery 140 is on the right.

Enjoy light refreshments while you admire samples of the work of our participating Studio Tour artists.  Pick up the Tour Brochure which will include a copy of the tour map. Plan your tour around the most intriguing artists, the ones whose work actually speaks to you.

The_Impalas_FBcoverListen…and maybe dance to the sounds of the Impalas in the Breezeway right next door to the Gallery. A group of reunited musicians who were playing music together in Las Vegas in the 1960s, the Impalas will play a wide variety of music including rock, Latin/Hispanic, jazz and pop. Take a stroll.  Step back in time as you marvel at the architecture of our Historic Bridge Street leading to the Old Town Plaza.  Tour the Plaza Hotel, once and yet again the Belle of the Southwest.  There is art displayed there, too, and some of our favorites can be found in the corridor outside the ballroom, Las Vegas Arts Council at the Plaza Hotel.
