Artist Agreement for showing at LVAC/Gallery 140

***Exhibiting with Las Vegas Arts Council (LVAC) is a benefit of paid membership.

Artist memberships begin at $10/year, expiring 12/31/23.

You may pay at the gallery or at lvac@lasvegasartscouncil.org/join

*** Work will be hung by the exhibit curators and MUST arrive ready to hang.

***  You will be asked to volunteer to host the gallery at least a few times during the show, to meet and greet possible customers, welcome visitors, etc.

___  All sales generated by the exhibit must be receipted at the gallery.

___  LVAC will publicize the show on the LVAC website, on FB/IG…Please share with your contacts!!

___  Charging and paying NM gross tax receipts is the responsibility of the artist and should be included in the price.

___  Local buyers will often leave purchased work until the end of the show, but out-of-town buyers may take it. The artist will have the option of replacing the work.

___  LVAC does carry insurance on art at this time with a $250 deductible which will be the responsibility of the artist.

___   Visitors will have permission to photograph your work.

___  LVAC retains the rights to use images of your selected work in advertising, promotions and archives.

___  A check for artist sales will be available for pickup or mailed within 30 days of the closing of the show for the amount of sales less a 20% gallery fee.
